Sheila Lynch, Manager of Operations, is the founding member and leader of HCK. Prior to joining, Shelia has managed 3 facilities over her 25-year New York City post-production. Affectionately known as “The Irish,” she takes the same exceptional care of her work family and clients as she does her family at home. 

Jon’s career has taken him to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Paris and New York, spending over 40 years as a colorist on award-winning films, commercials, news, orchestral concerts for the Pope, children’s programming, and sports. Outside the studio, he’s rafted whitewater, acted, and cooked in a French restaurant.

After working in post-production for over 20 years, Ian Heifetz joined the HCK team in 2019. With a decade of experience as a Video Engineer, Editor, and Coding expert, he brings new insights and perspectives to the team about new and future technologies. When he's not sitting at the console color grading, you can find him drinking coffee, and coding apps.

As a Senior Conform Editor for over 17 years, Bahron Thomas has honed his expertise to become a master of configuring any system, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bahron is a passionate writer, spiritual being, a Star Wars connoisseur, and never misses Comic Con!

In January 2019, HCK and Bob Barzyk launched its Audio Post Production division. With 25 years of experience as a VP of Post Production, Lead Editor, and Sound Mixer at top U.S. post facilities, Bob has overseen teams for major sporting events like the Olympics and delivered full-service post for reality shows, game shows, variety programs, and more.

After 27 years, Paul is a veteran in audio post-production and music. He has worked on hundreds of television shows, from silly cartoons to hard-hitting documentary films; from restoring classic music performances to bringing audio magic to award-winning children's programming.
He's spent years polishing live concert and comedy specials, cooking shows, and avant-garde animation. Paul is passionate about all kinds of music and enjoys online gaming.

Andrey has been mixing for 15 years in a wide range of formats including documentaries, unscripted television, narrative films, live action comedy, cartoons, standup comedy, and podcasts. He won a 2017 Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Sound Mixing, and has delivered shows for networks and streaming services. Andrey is passionate about skiing, working on his modular synth rig, or searching for new ice cream flavors.

Senior Assistant Editor Javier Chorrillos has been an integral part of HCK parent company MPE for the past 13 years. He fit perfectly into the HCK team, and has grown in leaps and bounds technically with the guidance of HCK Senior Conform Editor Bahron Thomas. Javier is always cool, calm, & collected. He loves spending time with his family, playing video games, and listening to music.​

As a dedicated music producer and film student, Brian found his perfect niche in the post-production audio world. His passion for audio was nurtured and refined under the mentorship of industry veterans Bob Barzyk and Paul Furedi at HCK, affirming his career choice. Brian's enthusiasm for all forms of audio is unwavering, and he is eagerly anticipating celebrating his birthday in our Dolby Atmos studio.

A firm believer in the motto, "Teamwork makes the dream work," Karla Rodriguez joins HCK as Post Coordinator. She's worked for independent features, Firelight Films, and Fork Films to name a few. Karla found her calling in the post process where the voices and stories of the people are centered and uplifted. As the youngest of five, she learned to leave her mark wherever she goes, and hasn't disappointed yet.
